For what purposes does Embed-a-Cell request user data?
- Embed-a-Cell needs to know your identity on Google to know which Google Docs and Google Sheets to ask for on your behalf.
- Embed-a-Cell needs access to your Google Sheets to read data from cells in those Sheets.
- Embed-a-Cell needs access to your Google Drive to be able to search for Google Sheets from which you might want to embed cell data into your current Google Doc.
- Embed-a-Cell needs access to your Google Docs to be able to make changes to those documents on your behalf based on the data in the cells you are embedding into the Google Doc.
How does Embed-a-Cell enhance user functionality?

Embed-a-Cell allows you to embed data from specific cells into Google Docs. Without the add-on, you have to manually copy and paste the values from your spreadsheet into the document where you want it each time it changes. With Embed-a-Cell, the data is automatically updated when it changes.
